How often should I wash my wig/unit?

Wigs/Units should be washed every 1-2 weeks depending on how often it is worn and amount of product used.

 

​What is the quality of Empress Wigs Unit?

Empress Wigs use high quality Virgin Human Hair to construct our units. We use Nylon thread to ensure wig durability which makes it long lasting. Wigs are machine wefted for durability.

How to choose the right size unit?

Empress Wigs can be constructed using small, medium or large wig caps. We recommend using the medium wig cap as it is the typical size used able to stretch. However to ensure you are purchasing the correct size we recommend you measuring your head size. Please see our Cap Size Chart for instructions on accurate measuring.

Does Empress Wigs have a return policy or exchange policy?

Unfortunately we have a no return no refund policy due to the nature of the product and for health and hygiene. However if there are any issues with your unit, please contact us as soon and we will do our best to help.

​How do I make an Exchange/Return?

Wigs/Units sales are final. If you have any issues with your unit (eg. size or color), please feel free to get in contact with us as soon as possible and we will try our best to rectify the issue.

How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping takes 3-5 days after processing depending on location.

Please allow 2-3 days for processing for ready to ship wigs and 5-7 days for wigs with customization.
